About Us
We have a diverse range of expertise and experience which we use to help clients with strategy execution, organisational change and leadership development.
We are a small group of management consultants, executive coaches, researchers, and psychologists. We collaborate to solve unique client problems in the areas of strategy execution, organisational change, and leadership development.
Our experience comes from working in organisations, consultancy, and business schools around the world. We have nearly 100 years of collective experience.
We also actively engage in research. Combining our unique skillsets with this research, we provide clients with creative, research-based solutions.
What we do
Strategy execution
Organisations invest a great deal in devising strategies that will make them successful. But having a great strategy is one thing … whether you can achieve it is altogether different. At best for many organisations the implementation of their strategy is slow, inefficient, and an emotional drain on the organisation. At worst, the implementation fails, the organisation does not achieve its objectives and, ultimately the organisation declines. We work with our clients at the intersection of rational logic and emotional dynamics to help them to successfully execute their strategy.
Leadership development
We co-design fully customised programmes with clients across all sectors - private, public and social - to design and deliver leadership programmes with enduring applicability. For instance, a decade ago, we delivered a programme for a global pharmaceutical company on leading in crisis and critical decision making under pressure - skills urgently required in 2020. Our programmes are highly experiential, interwoven with tools, frameworks and models from leading academics with whom we collaborate.
Organisational change
What enables successful organisational change? Our research informs our approach to change, focusing on the prominent role that emotions play to help and hinder change. We view change as an iterative, non-linear process combining both top down and bottom up approaches. We advise senior leadership teams, programme offices and other organisational members to make measurable progress and realise their change ambitions.
